Install Shareable Companion

The extension is currently a manual preview install and is not in the Chrome Web Store yet.

The Shareable Companion extension can analyse metadata from the page your browser has already loaded.

Download the latest preview ZIP.

How to install

These instructions use Chrome. Other Chromium-based browsers may work, but are not formally supported yet.

1. Download the extension ZIP.
2. Unzip it somewhere safe.
3. Open chrome://extensions/.
4. Enable Developer mode.
5. Click Load unpacked.
6. Select the unzipped shareable-companion folder.
7. Open the page you want to check.
8. Click the Shareable Companion extension.
9. Shareable will open with a browser-assisted result.

Updating

If you installed an older preview version, remove it from chrome://extensions, then install the latest ZIP.

Uninstalling

Open chrome://extensions, find Shareable Companion and click Remove.
